Unboxing Video (Mandatory):
Kindly record an unboxing video before opening the courier seal. This is required to validate any claims.
Report Within 24 Hours:
You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any claims made after this period will not be considered.

Return Eligibility:
If the video evidence supports your claim of a damaged or defective item, your return will be processed accordingly.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
